Get Registered to be a vendor, host an event or be a participant in the parade!

VENDOR REGISTRATION

 

(1) Complete Your Registration

 

(2) Pay a $100 registration fee that will be applied to your booth cost

 

(3) Download & Review the Vendor Handbook

 

(4) Return permits, certifications, and documents by email (jena@kodiakchamber.org), dropping them off, or mail them to the Chamber no later than April 27th, 2022.

Rules and Regulations
Vendors should thoroughly read over the Crab Festival Vendor Handbook.  Copies can be requested by contacting the Kodiak Chamber of Commerce. All regulations will be strictly enforced.

 

Registration
Registration does not guarantee the reservation. The Crab Fest Manager will confirm the reservation within (3) three business days. All registration is on a first come first serve basis.

 

Late Applications
Vendor applications submitted after April 27th, 2022 will be subject to a $100 late processing fee.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellations or changes to this contract must be submitted in writing to the Kodiak Chamber of Commerce office no later than April 27th, 2022. Upon written request, refunds will be made in full with the exception of a $50 service fee. After April 27th, 2022 no refunds will be made.

 

Payment
All payments must be received no later than May 3, 2022. Vendor Payment can be made in several ways:

  1. $100 will be collected at the time of registration.
  2. A Chamber representative will invoice you the remaining amount based on booth fees and additional requested fees.
  3. You may pay via Credit Card for the remaining booth amount OR You may mail a check to the Kodiak Chamber of Commerce, 100 East Marine Way, Suite 300, Kodiak, AK 99615 for the raiming booth amount.

EVENT REGISTRATION

 

Would you like to host an event during Crab Fest? Complete this form for any events taking place during the Kodiak Crab Festival® that you would like listed in the official Schedule of Events. The Schedule of Events will be printed by the Kodiak Daily Mirror in early May.

 

To ensure an event is listed in the newspaper, forms must be returned to the Kodiak Chamber of Commerce by Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022.

PARADE REGISTRATION

 

This year’s parade theme is “Let’s Get Crackin’”

 

The Crab Festival Parade is an excellent opportunity to show your community spirit!

 

The Crab Festival Parade is co-sponsored each year by the Kodiak Kiwanis Club, with special thanks to our PIKE Sponsors. Please complete this registration form by Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022.

 

The parade route will remain the same as in 2021. It will begin at Powell Street and Mill Bay Road and proceed north up Mill Bay to Bartel Street. Parade day is Saturday, May 28th. You must check in at the corner of Powell Street and Baranof Street (the streets next to the side entrance of the Middle School) by 8:45 am. You will be assigned a number in the line-up at that time. Please do not arrive late as judging will begin at 9 am sharp. Parade entries will be judged and receive awards the morning of the parade. All floats must be constructed with safety and care. If necessary, inspections will be made to ensure the safety of participants and spectators. The Kodiak Chamber of Commerce will not be liable for personal injury or property damage.
